Membership Terms of Service

This Membership Agreement covers how you use and access services provided by Mountain Health Technologies or Mountain Health Explorations (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including Join Mountain’s website located at www.joinmountain.com, Join Mountain Mobile applications on Android or iOS.
Registration & Security
In order to become a Mountain Member, you will have to create an account on our website or mobile applications. Data provided during the sign-up process will be used by us to determine your eligibility for our service. You are responsible for protecting your username and password to ensure that no one gains access to your account. We are not responsible for any loss, used services or damage if you do not protect your account information. You should inform us immediately at [email protected] if your account is used by a third party. You can only register to use Mountain if you are at least 18 years of age.
Mountain charges an annual or monthly membership fee for services provided. Available services may differ based on the selected Membership Plan. The annual/monthly membership fee will not be refunded if a member has used any of the available services. A refund will be issued up to 5 business days after signing up, after which a refund will not be issued even if the member has not used any of our services. For some members, your membership fees will be covered by your employer. In this case, Mountain will not bill you for an annual membership. Mountain requires a 6 months commitment. If you sign up for Mountain and use any of the services provided, you'll be required to pay for at least 6 months of service. We work with Stripe as our payment processor.
We can't offer you a refund if 5 days have gone by since you subscribed to any of our plans and or you've used any of our services since you subscribed. Mountain requires at least a six (6) month commitment. We will be charged for 6 months if you cancel your subscription after using any of our services. You will not be eligible for a refund if you have used any of the services provided in your subscription package. Mountain is not liable for the cost of services not covered in our plan but rendered by Mountain partner providers. To complete your refund, please contact us at [email protected] to process a refund.
Mountain works with independent health care providers, clinics and urgent care centers to provide care to our members. Our providers are independent and therefore they’re liable for the quality of care provided to you. Mountain ensures that all our providers are in good standing and serve our members to the best of their ability.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, the conditions described in the Membership Fee clause may apply to you.
